ATTENTION REALTORS

PLEASE NOTE: It is the realtor's responsibility to begin the resale process by downloading and printing the TREC form below and complete the following steps.

STEPS:

1) Download the TREC Resale form HERE.

2) Fill out the form (including lot numbers and buyer's name).

3) Include a check for the $150.00 fee.

4) Mail to: SHSPOA, 1201 Whispering Hills Drive, Canyon Lake, TX 78133
DO NOT send anything to us that requires a signature as we have no one to sign for it at the mailing address and your item will be returned to you by the carrier.

5) Only when we receive the form and payment we will begin working on the resale form.

6) Once we receive the filled-out form with your check, we will complete the resale certificate within 10 (ten) business days (14 calendar days).
 

FEES:

Resale Certificate: $150.00

Statements of Account: $150.00

Transfers of property into a new name only (not a sale): $150.00
 

Realtors with a listing or who are showing property in Scenic Heights, Comal County, Texas, please tell your prospective buyer that Association membership is mandatory. You MUST inform your clients that we have Deed Restrictions for all properties in Scenic Heights Subdivision.
